High protein foods? (btw I think I'm lactose intolerant so no lactose foods)?!

Question: High protein foods!? (btw I think I'm lactose intolerant so no lactose foods)!?
I need a good list of some high protein foods that are not meat and that do not have lactose!.!.because I think i may be lactose intolerant and I am trying to get away from meats as I hear that they can be bad for you!. This pretty much leaves me with grains, meat alternatives, and fruit and veg!. So i do not how I am going to be able to get 120 grams of protein every day!!!

So far I can only think of nuts and seeds and soy milk!. Let me know if you know of anything else!. (Is there lactose free yogurt!?) I am not sure if bread is really a good thing to eat a lot of !.!.!.(digestion + not that much of a great source of protein)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do not eat raw eggs as they could be contaminated with salmonella!

Tofu is really quite good!. It's easy on the digestive system and has a lot of protein!. Try adding firm tofu cubes in with something like vegetable noodle soup and enjoy with some whole wheat crackers and peanut butter!.

A few notes here:
1!. meat is not bad provided you only consume a small amount (3 or 4 ounces is plenty) a couple of times per week!.
2!. find out if you are lactose intolerant rather than just guessing!. My doctor put me on an elimination diet for two weeks to see if I was lactose intolerant!. It turns out that I am but I didn't have to guess or assume!. So, please get it checked out by your doctor!.
3!. I wouldn't worry too much about making sure to get 120 grams of protein every day; your body won't suddenly break down if you don't get exactly 120 grams each day!. Kwashiorkor is extremely rare in the developed world!. You will be fine if you eat a balanced diet each day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
