im a picky eater I only like a few foods but i eat these foods all the time & am tired of 'em what should i doWww@FoodAQ@Com

Im pickey 2, I like: cheese tortalinie with pasta sauce (u can buy it in the frozen bags), Tomatoe soup with cheese toast, Scrambled egg sandwhiches, Breadsticks, Turkey with swiss cheese on a hogie bun, Froot Loops, Fruity Pebbles, Oatmeal, Chocalate cookies, apple cake, Baked chicken with baked potatoes, stuff like that!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Start off with small portions of new foods!. That way you're not overwhelmed!.

3 veggies
3 fruits
5 breads/grains
2 meats/eggs
2 milks

Eat that many portions of those items per day!. If you're totally grossed out, then try 3 bites of an item at least, then move on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the first time you try something you may not like it but if you eat it over and over again you will start to get used to the tast and you will start liking other foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lol i have the sameee exact problem!. i know that doesnt help!. hmmm maybe just try something new!? even though i hate to do that but you never know you might like it!. go out to some reserant u havent been to in a while and try the food there!? idk!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat something simple and healthy!.!.!.2 turkey slices, tomato, and letuce between 2 pieces of whole grain bread!.!.!.thats what I'm having for dinner!.!.!.well 2 sandwiches really and a glass of wine lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

a giant banana split with chocolate and pistachio ice cream with fudge, caramel, and strawberry syrup then a lot of whip cream, nuts 5 cherries and sprinkles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hmm perhaps you can try eating a wheat sub with turkey, cheese, and your favorite chips inside the sub (it tastes yum trust me)!.oh and dont forget the lettuce!

I know exactly how you feel!. Try eating out at a different world cuisine resturant or going into different sections of a grocery store!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
