Question: What has high fiber but doesn't taste like crap!?
The cereal is ok, but I can't take it anymore!. Any other suggestions!? I don't like raisins, so Raisin Bran is out too!.

Oatmeal is good!. The regular kind, not the instant is the most healthy!.
You can get citrucell or some fiber supplement if you don't want to think too much!.
also, the kashi grain mixture instead of rice or bread is good, and also their "TLC" tasty little crackers are a good snack food you can serve with cheese for an appetizer or for lunch!.
And!.!.!.don't forget ordinary fruits and vegs all have fiber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
