Stay hydrated - drink plenty of water! This will help keep your energy levels from crashing during the day!.
If you're feeling an energy slump, get a boost with protein - a few spoonfuls of chicken salad, some peanut butter on crackers, a cup of yogurt, or some cubes of cheese and a handful of grapes are all good on-the-go snacks that will kick up your energy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ginseng is a normalizer, if your energy is down because of unbalanced hormones it will normalize them!. I love to drink ginger beer (no alcohol) it has a kick to it, and I feel better after drinking one!. You can buy all sorts of herbal teas, and green tea (don't buy the bottled kind, the processing removes all the good stuff) will raise your alpha-brain waves, which will give you a relaxed alertness that will help you focus!.It also helps reduce cortisol levels that are raised due to stress!. If you want to drink green tea without caffeine, do what they do in Morocco!. Pour boiling water over the tea in your teapot, swirl it around for about 45 seconds, and pour the water off!. Add more hot water to brew!. Doing that removes the caffiene and leaves you with the goodness of the green tea!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ginseng gives you energy!. Ginseng is known as an adaptogen, which means it increases resistance to physical, chemical, and biological stress and builds energy and general vitality!. Mate Factor Green Tea Ginseng Yerba Mate Tea Bags is a good option!. The Yerba Mate tea does not have caffeine so the ginseng will be all that is supplying the energy!. Ginseng can be used in many other ways as well!. I have even seen ginseng gum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
A couple tablespoons of peanut butter (all natural) mixed in a bowl with two chopped bananas does it for me!. also, oatmeal is good because it releases energy slowly over a period of time, instead of all at once like coffee and other caffeinated drinks!.
