Cut out a few things...I still get cravings...?!

Question: Cut out a few things!.!.!.I still get cravings!.!.!.!?
So I cut beef, pork, lamb out of my diet, I also won't go to KFC or McD's anymore (heard bad things about them)!. I still eat chicken and turkey though and fish!. It wasn't for health reasons, it was for humane reasons!. I'd like to give up the other animals, but I LOVE chicken (sorry!!!!!!!!)!. Anyway, I haven't had those other meats oh in about 2 months and for the most part I'm fine (have totally avoided even a morsel of any of it)!. The problem is, I still get cravings for those beef hotdogs (Koshers Best, Vienna Beef) and ground beef taco's/burritos!.

I've made ground chicken tacos, but it isn't the same!. Is there any kind of seasoning that would remind me of ground beef Mexi food!?

also, are there any top brands of hotdogs that would remind me beef hotdogs but that come in turkey or chicken instead!?

Regardless, I am not going to eat those meats again, I am not going back on what I believe!.!.!.it would just be nice to satisfy those pesky cravings haha!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I use ground turkey for my mexican food!. I usually start by sweating some onions in the pan with some butter flavored non-stick spray!. When cooking the turkey, I use salt, pepper, and garlic powder & let it get really brown!. Because there is little fat in turkey, I don't drain it!. I then add some chili powder, cumin, cilantro, and more salt & pepper if needed!.

As for the hot dogs - I'm not sure of any turkey or chicken dog that tastes as delicios as a kosher dog!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ask your butcher to get you the mild and the spicy turkey sausages there is like 5 in a flat (usually in the meat dept near all sausages), I eat them like a brat and use them (mixed) in all my white and red Italian sauces as well!. mix your own seasoning I use steak rub, garlic powder, italian seasoning and pepper even cup to cup and re jar it and mark on the jars "MIX"!. It goes into, onto and all around and over damn near everything but Ice cream!. I use it when I cook fish too! I have been really enjoying swordfish and mahi mahi tostados instead of tacos lately (more roughage is good)!. I do hope you enjoy the suggestions, Www@FoodAQ@Com
