There is a good rule for meat, a deck of playing cards!.

Answers:
1 serving usually equals about 1/2 cup of fruit (e!.g!. grapes or cut up pears) or 1 small piece of fruit (e!.g!. apple, nectarine)!. In terms of apricots, if they are fresh, then 4 whole apricots would be one serving!. 1 slice or 1/1/4 cup of watermelon cubes equals one serving and 2 tablespoons of raisins equals a serving!.
