Junk food good or bad?!

Answers:
it is not good for you but if ate rarely as a treat it will not harm you!. Some fast food and such is near as bad for you!. If you keep other easy to eat food around then it is better and all about just being a habit!. Get some veggies and prepare them for snacks ahead of time the first time after you get them!. My favorite junk food is beef jerky and salsa and corn chips!. If you just stop eating chocolates and stuff after awhile you do not even think about it!.
