I don't understand the 2,4 or 6 pack thing, but your breakfast needs to include some dairy, vitamin C and a small amount of protein(2-3 oz!.) and some more fiber!. Your lunch is lacking greatly, you need a 4 oz!. portion of protein, veggies and a starch!. Dinner is what you are served and I get that, but your dinner should be the smallest meal of the day (protein, veggies and salad is Ok but less on the starch) seeing as your activity level is the lowest after dinner and you'll be going to bed soon!. It sounds like you are on the right track, but you could improve on your breakfast and lunch intake, in my opinion!. You should have fish, not breaded and deep fried at least 3 times a week, lots of veggies and salad for dinner, less on the potatoes and rice (starches), but I also know that this is not in your control!. Hope this helps you today!Www@FoodAQ@Com
