Answers:
Eggs are really good for you! Well - half of the egg is!. A medium-large egg has about 70 calories, 6 g of protein - and 200 mg of cholesterol!. Take away the yolk, and you have 20 calories, 3 g of protein, and NO cholesterol! yippee!

Usually, I'll scramble up about 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg (the yolk helps the egg stick together and gives it a bit more flavor)!. So 170 calories, 21 g of protein, and a great breakfast!. Then I'll put a little pepper on top and ketchup on the side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eggs are still so controversial that I eat them sparingly, no one can decide whether they do more good than bad or more bad than good!.!.!.!.the most recent study I heard was that males that consume 1 egg per day significally increase their risk of heart disease, didn't have the stats for women though!. So I eat eggs usually only once a week at the most, and that's if we go out!.!.!.I only buy eggs for the house when I have a baking project planned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmmm! I eat 2 eggs over easy with bacon or sausage every morning of the year!. Usually have half a slice of buttered oatnut toast!. This counts for about 9 grams of Carbohydrate, on the bread, and gets my day off to a very good start!.

I never count calories or cholesterol in foods!. Calories are nothing but heat!. Cholesterol is made by the body, not ingested to clutter up the blood vessels!. Ingested Cholesterol is not a factor in my lifestyle!.

Eggs are very good food!!! boil up a few to hardboiled to dice or slice on Chef Salad for lunch or Dinner!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat eggs sometimes for breakfast (mainly weekends, if at all)!.

I prefer scrambled, although over-hard is okay too (no runny yellows)!.

Are they good for you!? It's been determined they aren't as bad for you as once thought, and are a source of protein so in moderation (as with most things) they are fine!. ?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am funny about runny eggs, i!.e!. I can't eat fried eggs or soft boiled eggs!. I do however like eating hard boiled eggs, with hot paprika sprinkled on each bite! Yummy!. And I think they are good for you, as long as you don't eat too many!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
