Question: Can someone tell me which foods contain,or are high in iron please!.!.!.!.thank you ;-)!?
my mother had asked her doctor if she could have some iron tablets,but was refused until she has a blood test done,as she seems to be very tired all the time lately, and was told that until she has the blood test, she should eat foods containing iron, so this is why i am asking!.!.!.!.!.tyWww@FoodAQ@Com
