This is what i ate today, Is this really bad?!
okay, this is what i ate today!.
Shredded wheat and raisins
small Cesar salad
cucumber
apple
banana
pork casserole
2 oreos
because i feel so fat and horrible!. Will i gain weight!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you ate cups and cups of it, then yes
Remember, Portion Control is the most important part of weight gain and loss!.
for example
Shredded wheat is good, if you stick with the 3/4 cups and buy the stuff without sugarcoating on the biscuits and the raisins!. And if you use only 1/2 cup of milk!.
A ceaser salad is ok, but did you put the 2 TB of dressing on it or did you use 1/2 cup!? Did you put a ton of cheese on it!?
If you are feeling fat
is it possible that you are bloated!? Salad dressings have salt, did you salt your cucumber, did the casserole have added salt!?
Drink a few glasses of water in the next few hours (not one after the other))
go for a short walk and say hi to 8 people and smile at at least 7 of them!.
And for pity sake!.!.!. don't stress about it all!

I know how you feel! I take notes of what I eat too!. Make sure your mind is set on a specific goal!. I use low calories, so even if I eat 2 oreos I won't feel guilty because I stay under my low calorie intake per day!. According to a calorie calculator I should have about 1,700 calories so I stick to 1,200!. I still don't eat junk food I pretty much eat random stuff like you listed above!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fat people eat way more than that and they do it like every single day(THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE LIKE THAT)lol!.
