Breakfast literally means the breaking of the fast!.!.
And it gives you energy to last throughout the day!.!. it is the most important meal and it nourishes your body from the fst you had at night (sleeping)!.!.
Uhm!.!. I'm not sure what you mean by types though!.!.
It should conist of something hol or cold to drink!.!. proteins, wheat and carbohydrates, fats!.!.
Like eggs, oats, bread, sausage!.!. whatever!.!.
