Why do i always see beef burgers on sale in stores but never seem to see Hamburgers?!

Question: Why do i always see beef burgers on sale in stores but never seem to see Hamburgers!?
Answers:
Hamburgers are the sandwiches, not the patties!. The beef burger (patty) can be made into a pizza burger, hamburger, cheeseburger, eaten not in a sandwich just plain, whatever!.

News flash!! They are called Hamburgers because the sandwiches originated in Hamburg, Germany!! Not because there is ham in them!!

To Jeffy and others, if you do a search on Yahoo "how did hamburgers get their name" you will see that the name came from German immigrants who was making ground beef patties, so don't be so quick to get in someone's face!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beef comes from Cows where as Ham comes from Pigs!. I don't know, maybe there is no call for it but it does seem rather strange!. I have had Hamburgers from stalls and I admit they do taste different to Beefburgers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
