How many grains of sugar are there in a pound?!

Question: How many grains of sugar are there in a pound!?
Answers:
demarara sugar is 500 microns ie 0!.5 mm cube

demarara is actually bigger grains than ordinary sugar

density of sugar is 50lb/cu-ft or 800kg/cu-m

for simplicity let's take density of sugar as 62!.5lb/cu-ft or 1000kg/cu-m

if grain is 1mm there are 10^9 grains in 1 cu-m
so there are 10^9 grains in 1000kg
so there are 10^6 grains in 1 kg

if grain is 0!.5mm, there'd be 8*10^6 grains in 1kg

there'd be at least 2!.2 ordinary sugar grains per 1 demarara grain

so there'd be 8*10^6 grains in 1lb

so 8 million sugar crystals in a one pound bagWww@FoodAQ@Com

why!?!?!?!?!? that is is retarded!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
