Sandwich d'oeuf
In Paris, there are sandwich vendors with carts on the street!. They spread butter on part of a baguette and then layer fresh green lettuce, tomato slices and sliced hard boiled eggs!. They're SOOOO good!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
