Freezing pumpkin seeds?!

Question: Freezing pumpkin seeds!?
I am a huge fan of pumpkin seeds! They taste so delicious and their health benefits are outstanding!. But, they're really only fresh in the fall!. I cooked up a pretty large batch and after Halloween I plan to go out and buy up some more pumpkins

I want to know about freezing the seeds!. I know it can be done but am unsure if I'm supposed to cook and season them before freezing, or if I am supposed to freeze them while they're raw!. I know they keep for a long time in an airtight container or ziplock bag, but I'm talking about being able to have them throughout the winter, summer and spring!.

Thoughts about this!? Please help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

okay I do this too, DONT PUT ANYTHING ON THEM! Just freeze them in a bag, once you want to have them unfreeze them then do whatever you want!Www@FoodAQ@Com
