Well, eating three meals is more nutritious!. It also depends on type of diet and age and amount of exercises!. A child should probably eat 3 meals a day!. An adult can eat 2 or even 1!. also if you don't exercise enough and are not hungry therefore eating only 1 meal a day, it is very unhealthy and that is a sign of being very unfit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
