Do you have to leave your cinnamon dough out a certain amount of time before you bake it?!
im making some!. & i dont know if im soposed to leave it out for like an hour or overnight!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Assuming you're using a standard yeast dough, you should do the following:
Mix the dough!. Knead it for about 10 minutes, or until smooth and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until its doubled in size!. Leaving it longer than that won't really hurt it, as long as its covered so it doesn't dry out!.
After rising once, roll dough out and shape the cinnamon buns themselves, and place in pan!. Cover and let rise for another hour or so before baking!. Overnight is usually too long for letting dough rise, though you can do it - just put it in the fridge instead of letting it sit out!.
