I am usually in a rush in the AM, so I don't have a ton of time to make breakfast!. I usually have a type of fruit, a small cup of yogurt, and a little later in the AM I have a low-cal granola bar to tide me over until lunch!.

I like oatmeal with some nuts in it or instant oatmeal!. also, some kind of fruit is good as well, such as banana, peach, or apple!.
