Can you thaw out scallops in the Frig?!

Question: Can you thaw out scallops in the Frig!?
I've never had scallops before that's why I ask!. also what color are they suppose to be when they are fully cooked!? And what can I season them with!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just run them under cold water, they will thaw quickly!. They should be off white, a little pink, and even some "browned" areas (for looks) when they are done!. I like fresh lemon & butter (a little green parsley for looks)!. I also make wrapped scallops in bacon!. Very easy!. Just wrap 1/2 a slice of bacon around one, use a toothpick to keep together, broil on both sides until the bacon is crispy, and the scallop will be cooked perfectly!. Enjoy your meal! Take care! Yes you can thaw them in fridge!.

They should be white with a little carmalization if you like on them!.

They can be done on stove top in skillet or done in the oven!.

In the oven rap them in bacon, if you are allowed to eat pork products!.

In th skillet you can season with many different ingredients, depending on your taste buds!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can thaw in the fridge, if there still not thawed when you want to cook them run them under cold water!. they should be the same color after cooked, they don't change much, you'll have to check how they feel to see if they are done!. they don't take long to cook and if you over cook them they will be tough, but if you cook them perfect they are the best seafood in my opinion!. i season mine with salt pepper and crushed red pepperWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can!. They stay white!. I love to bake them in butter garlic and wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
