Answers:
You can buy hot chocolate mixes that are for use with water instead of milk!. I don't know where you live, but if it's in the UK then Cadbury's sell a hot chocolate powder thats meant for waterWww@FoodAQ@Com

milk comes in many forms: powdered, condensed, and sweetened condensed as well as fresh!.

I always keep a box of powdered milk and a jar of coffee creamer for just this purpose!.

Hot cocoa without the milk is very dull drink! Milk provides the richness we expect!.

If you have any coffee creamer, you can make the cocoa according to the recipe using water then stir in enough coffee creamer to make it taste similar to that made with hot milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

With liquid cream, sweet cream! It's delicious!
You measure your dark chocolate(with high level of cocoa )and cover
it with hot cream!.Mix it well !.The quantity of cream should be about more then chocolate!.If it's too strong, then add more cream!.You can flavored with:cinnamon, ginger, pfeffer,a little bit of salt,a bit of chili, vanilla and what you want!.And you can add fruits too!.
I assure you that you will be satisfied!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy that chocolate powder mix and heat water in the microwave!. Then just pour the powder into the water and you have hot chocolate!. It doesn't taste as good as hot chocolate with milk, but it's decent!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
