Question: A classic case of cookie-eating!. Help!?
Tis true!.
I ate too many cookies (my fault) and now feel sick, like I'm going to explode, and am bed-ridden due to my aching tummy!.

I want these cookies out of me!.
What are some tips to help aid digestion, and digest food faster!?

LOL - Joing the club! Except I just ate a whole can of chocolate double-dipped cashews!.!.!.I've been eating like this for weeks too!. >_< Grr

Well, don't abuse laxatives or throw-up on purpose or starve yourself the next day!. That's not good at all!. It will only makes things worse!.

Maybe go for a leisurly walk, it really helps even if you feel like you can barely move!. Or slowly sip on a small cup of warm water / tea!. (warning : this may make you bloated if you ate a lot of sodium)

Try and go to sleep, or just keep your mind off it by playing on the computer!. (that's what I'm doing, lol)

Sorry, I hope someone can help you better than I did!.

Ha ha!. :-) <sweetly>

What do your Epicureans or the Stoics say about your condition!?

To the point: do you or your parents have bitters!? (Sometimes used in mixing drinks!.) This has herbs that stimulate bile!. Other bile stimulants are the dark greens (even dandelion or other bitter greens) and you could chew on a couple leaves!.

Unless these cookies had a bunch of fat, they should be easily digested - soon enough!. Lying down and harboring philosophical thoughts is probably a good idea!.
