More than what you need for the activity you're doing!. It depends on your age, height and body build!.
On a normal day, for me, more than this would be a lot!. A normal day, i'd have:
Breakfast (typically peanut butter on toast, handful nuts),
Midday snack (fruit)
Dinner (typically lean meat or fish, jacket potato, salad or veg)
Dessert (usually seaseme seed & honey bar)Www@FoodAQ@Com

More then 2,500 calories!. The average person would gain a pound a week if they ate this many everyday!. This is why there are a lot of overweight people in our country!. They are slowly gaining weight by consuming a few extra hundred calories everyday! Www@FoodAQ@Com
