Wow, have I eaten alot today (so far)?!


Question: Wow, have I eaten alot today (so far)!?
It feels that way, I feel so full! Anyway, is this too much for a 13 year old girl!? I woke up at 11:00am and was hungry and then at 1:00 I was hungry again!. Is it because I missed breakfast this morning, or am I having a growth spurt or something like that!?

11:00am - Oatmeal (to go) - It is a thick square of oatmeal but it looks and tastes like an oatmeal cookie!.
- 6 grapes
- 6 mini carrot sticks

1:00 p!.m - 1 Kraft Bagel-ful - they are bagel sticks filled with cream cheese
- 2 fig newtons
- some handfuls of trail mix
- 2 graham crackers with peanut butter spread on top

I'm gonna just eat a salad later for dinner, I guess!. I usually don't eat half that much, on weekdays since I'm at school and don't have the opportunity to snack crazily! >_< Please assure me that I won't gain weight!.!.!.I have issues with that!.

I am thinking of where to start!.!.!. First of all, at your age you should not be keeping record of your daily diet unless you have an eating disorder or malnutrition that needs to be closely monitored!. Yes, you will be going through a couple of growth spurts as your hormones kick in!. You are probably going through puberty, and hormones will cause your appetite to fluctuate!. You might notice that you eat alot more a few days before your period starts!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eating just salad for dinner is not the answer- you need well balanced meals- so far it seems like you are eating well balanced!. I would suggest drinking water with every meal- and on top of your salad I would cut up a chicken breast and lots of veggies!. You should also have something whole grain to round out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is not right!.!.!.!.!. even if your 28 stone you shouldn't be eating that little!. Eat anything and everything you like!.!.!.!.!.!.just NOT TOO MUCH!. don't deprive yourself like this, it will only make your feel worse, being hungry all the time and not eating the things you like!. Eat chocolate, crisps etc but not every day and not in large amounts!. Learn to control yourself if you snack too much or are overweight!.!.
