Question: Is this ok!? Chocolate everyday!?
is it like, ok to eat chocolate(in moderation of course, 1 fun size bar which is like 90-150 calories) as long as i burn all my calorie intake!?(dont go over it) i dont care if i get hungry after it!.!.!.!.!.!.and could eat something more filling with fewer calories and more nutritions!.!.
i mean!.!.!.yea i know that there are lots of sugars and fat but its like the only treat i can treat myself to and the only fatty food!.
(im recovering anorexia btw!.!.!. i weight 87-90lbs and am 5"6' so!.!.!. i dont know if that helps but i kinda gotta eat more than i burn) beside that i eat lots of veggies, fruits, tuna, turkey and have a balance in my diet!. i mean i get all the nutritions my body needs(i hope so!.!.!.) i really enjoy chocolate it like gives a smile on my face after not eating properly more than 6months!. will it do any harm!? or an extra weight gain!? 1 fun size bar a day and thats just it(about 20 to 30 grams) i dont eat anything similiar to it at all, just lean meat, wheat bread, just staying healthy, eating like every1 about 1300 calories for now cos im still recovering and not exricising coz my nutritionist wont let me!.!.!. answer, please!? i know its idiotic but im despreate and i wont eat dark chocolate sowwi!.d_d'Www@FoodAQ@Com

its fine to eat chocolate every day, i do!. your eating very healthy so don't worry so much its a very small amount of chocolate!. you deserve to treat your self!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it actually isn't that healthy!. If you eat dark chocolate it's healthier!. Try that!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it's okay!. I eat chocolate almost everyday!. But I don't make a habit out of it!. I would eat it 5 times every week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
