How many of you make grilled cheese this way?!
When I was in daycare back in the 80's, the lady at the daycare center used to put a slice of cheese on a piece of bread and she used to bake it!.
So the cheese looked crispy around the edges but nice and smooth in the center!.
How many of you make it this way or remember making it this way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't!
all i do is warm a skillet, then put butter in it, and let it melt
then i put a slice of bread on the buttered skillet and let one side get more brown than the other, and then i put a slice of cheese on the side that's not as brown, and then i put another slice of bread on top of the cheese flip it, and put a little more butter, and smash it down with a spatula until it's brown like the other slice, and that it!!!
it takes about 5mins
or you can prepare it (get two slices of bread and put the slice of cheese between them) and put it on a grill like a George Forman Grill (if you have one) and let it cook like that
hope i helped!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
