A big breakfast is healthy because it gives you the energy you need to get through the day and you won't pig out later!. It's great that you're having so much fruit so you've already got 2 or 3 portions of your 5 A Day which is healthy in itself!. It depends what you have in the sandwiches!. That will make a difference to how healthy the breakfast is!.
It also makes a difference what else you have through the day!. If you have a big lunch and dinner too you might be taking in too many calories!. Generally it is better for the digestion and blood sugar levels to have a substantial breakfast, a smaller lunch and a smaller dinner before you go to bed!. Inbetween meals you can have light snacks like fruit or vegetables!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. I consider it ok if you are then going to burn off the energy by doing lots of work!. In fact, to begin a heavy job on an empty stomach isn't a good idea!. Think about how you'll be spending the 3-4 hours after eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
