Question: What brand and type of bread is best!?
i eat Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat!.!.!.NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP and only 50 CALORIES A SLICE!!!!!!! are there anyother kinds you eat that are any better!?!?!? if so, please tell!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Ezekiel breads are really the tops whole grain breads for us, and because of their nutrition, we don't require as much!. They come frozen only in the freezer section!. Check it out - there are many different types, including Cinnamon raisin, plus rolls, etc!. http://www!.foodforlife!.com/

Next, be very careful of claims you see on the labels, but always insist on the words "whole grain" on the ingredients, and labeling!. If one is looking for organic products, each item must clearly state "Organic" and are not with other products, like produce that is "Organic" cannot be mixed in with non-Organic items due to the chemicals that can taint them!.

Yes, you are absolutely correct, avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup, and Partially-Hydrogenated oils/anything!. That is death on a plate!. When consuming whole grain products, the calories are a concern like those with white flour, corn oils, other fats, sugars, and corn syrup, etc!. Increasing the whole grain fiber in one's diet also favors healthy colons, and the absorption of calcium-rich foods, too!.

Naming more brands is really unnecessary if the bread product is whole grain, and healthy - it can also be made at home, or found in a good bakery!. Many fine German, and French bakeries have great breads, too!.
