looks like the only protein you got was from the yogurt at the end of the day!. i would def try and incorporate more protein in your diet!. as a vegetarian you are missing a lot of protein from meat and need to alter your diet to add more!.
youll also want to include a larger variety of vegetables, only broccoli and tomato puree!? include a salad, throw in some tofu/cheese/beans for protein!. have vegetable soup instead of just broccoli!. make stir fry veggies and tofu!.
if your looking to lose weight i would eat only half the bagel and steer away from the garlic bread and cream based soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not vegetarian but just trying to make healthy eating choices!. As a rule of thumb, I take a smaller plate (salad plate) and fill half with vegetables (as raw and fresh as possible)!. One fourth is high fiber carbs (brown or red rice, wholemeal bread) and the other fourth is protein (as low fat as possible)!.
I think your sample menu doesn't have enough protein and is slanted towards higher carb intake (banana, weetabix, bagel, noodles, bread, and the sweets)!. There's nothing wrong with carbs as long as the intake is in proportion to the rest of your food and your metabolic needs!.
I'd suggest more fresh vegetables, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
