Question: Why does chocolate make you so thirsty!?

Easy one!. It takes more energy and hydrogen molecules to convert the sugar that is in chocolate into the kind of sugar your body needs!.

So!.!.!.your body is using up water to process the chocolate!. Hence, your thirsty!. That is why many diabetics stay thirsty all the time!. Their bodies don't produce the right molecules to break the sugars down so they need additional medicines to help!.

It doesn't make me thirsty!. But, I do like a cup of black coffee or espresso with my dark chocolate, because coffee intensifies the chocolate flavor!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for me I think it's because it's simply sweet that make you thirsty everytime you eat chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
