vegetable soup----peel and chop up lots of vegetables and cook in beef or chicken stock yummy and quite filling!. Really healthy in place of meal as gives the digestive system a break as a lot easier to digest!. Chicken livers fried with onions and served with brown bread!. Kidneys for breakfast ----delicious just halve cut out sinews and fry but only use spray of oil in non stick pan as using a lot of oil not a benefit!.!.!.!.!.!. Porridge for breakfast but cook it creamy in large microwave jug with milk 1&1/2 cups to a small handful of oats with honey to flavour and sweeten for about 10 minutes on low----- really yummy healthier than cereal and a lot less expensive!. Food that you cook yourself is generally healthier than bought processed foods but keep quantities small!. If you eat only when hungry food will be a lot more tasty but take your time in consuming as smaller meals more healthy than eating too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Baked/Grilled Fish seasoned with your favorite spice
Steamed broccoli w/Ms!. Dash
Green Tea (iced or hot)
Turkey Bacon
