Non-sweet breakfast ideas?!
Hello! I need some semi-healthy non-sweet breakfast ideas!. When I have breakfast in the morning, sweet stuff just doesn't appeal to me!. I know oatmeal, fruits, and yogurts are healthy!.!.but for some reason I have to gag down anything sweet in the morning!. I usually want fruits, oatmeal, and yogurt towards the afternoon or evening!. Does anyone have any ideas for breakfast that aren't too sweet!? I have been eating a lot of eggs & bagels but I know that too many eggs are bad and I have been have two every morning!. Any ideas are welcome! If they are cheap & healthy that's even better!. I just want to make sure I eat breakfast every morning because it's great for my metabolism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
