Is it Wrong to not eat?!

To stay slim AND be healthy, don't skip any meals!. Rather, eat small, healthful meals about 4 hours apart!. Eat a large variety of fruits and vegegables, nuts, seeds, and lean meat!. You can eat all the fruits and veggies you want, whenever you want!. You'll be amazed at how you'll have more energy, stay slim, and your skin will improve in elasticity and smoothness!. You'll "glow"!. Buy a book by Dr!. Gillian McKeith called "You Are What You Eat"!. I promise you, you'll be better off!.

Yes it's wrong not to eat!. but! you say crazy as if it is by preference only!? Crazy, remarkably is but differences in the world community of a definition engaged by actions!. So now that we have established that you in fact are not crazy!.!.!.!.!. let's discuss missing meals!. Every day eat a large breakfast (not fried)!. For lunch use two cups of mixed fruits and all the vitamin supplements you need, take or need to take!. (liquid form mixes easily in and is undetectable) mixed in a blended smoothie with ice so it's like a milk shake!. I use blueberry yogurt as the foundation for mine every day and add a banana, half a pink grapefruit and usually an apple!. For dinner eat salads, soups or small portions of plain rice, vegetables (unsalted) and fish or poultry!. (do not eat the skin of animals) this basic diet and eating habit change will dissolve body fat, enrich your immune defenses and allow muscle growth!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

get involved with friends outside, where you live that is probably harder with winter coming at your door practicaly, but try a YMCA

Please talk to a professional before you do this!. I'm recovering from anorexia and I would hate for anyone to have to go through the same thing!. You're much better off eating a full days worth of meals than skipping!. It will keep your metabolism going, whereas skipping meals makes you feel weak and actually slows your metabolism down over time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
skipping meals actually makes you stay the same weight,your body goes into starvation mode storing all your fat,in the fear that it will not eat again,your best bet is to eat several small healthy meals during the day!.!.!.you'll see better results and feel better! good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
