Answers:
if you store them together some of the stronger tasting veggies might take over with their flavor!.!.!. store them in sandwich baggies but try and get some of the water because the carrots with get mushy if sitting in water!.!.!.celery can sit in water so it doesnt dry up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the best way for shelf life is the fridge, carrots & celery can keep for up to 2 weeks if kept covered, but i would not mix with peppers as they tend to sweat after a few days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For the ones you mentioned I would say store them in icy water to get the crispness!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I store mine in a plastic sandwich bag!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
