Does America have a delicacy ?!

Question: Does America have a delicacy !?
I notice a lot of other countries have very rare and exotic foods they consider a delicacy such as poisonous fish, snakes, even certain primates!. Does America have a delicacy (that is more uncommon than steak and lobster and that is more native to us)!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
