Why do some foods taste better hot, while others taste better cold?!
Certain foods, like macaroni and cheese or french fries, taste much better when hot!. Other foods, like cole slaw and pickles, taste much better after being refrigerated!. Who can explain this difference!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Good question, i think it's due to the maturation factor of the flavours in each food!. Some spices when combined together produces a better taste when they settle a few hours after cooking!.!.!.it's also maybe due to the fact that we are used to have these foods that way!.!.!.hot fries or cold pickles !Www@FoodAQ@Com
