I already posted my answer about freezing these things on the other same question you asked!. I wanted to add that maybe you should make up a menu for a week in advance and only purchase the fresh veggies you need to make your menu items!. Anything that goes bad really quickly, like berries of any kind etc should be purchased the night or day prior to the day you need them!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't freeze any, they will be pretty gross!. You can cook the potatoes and freeze them Why not just cook em and eat em!. With a little broth you could have a soup and salad!. Keep trying to eat well!. It will pay off in the long run!. Remember 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of veggies per day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. All the things you mentioned can not be frozen
WITH the exception of the tomatoes and onions, but you must chop them and save them for stews or tomato sauce only!.

Everything else has a high water content and freezing them will ruin the vegeteble!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Cabbage don't freeze well!.
However; everything else on your list freezes fine!.
For the potatoes, I would peel them, parboil them, then freeze as raw potatoes do not freeze well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
