Question: Is it OK To eat small amounts of candy each day!?
like 2 laffy taffys!? (64 calories)
or no taffy and 2 mini boxes of cherry heads!?(like 200 calories)
OR Neither of those!!,and have 1 individual wonka rope/taffy rope,(80 or 90 calories) or just 2 mini boxes of nerds!?

each day 1 of these selections,And its on top of my breakfast&dinner (skipping lunch) and i have 1 soda each day!.(please dont say "soda kills!!" cause soda=not the topic,candy is the topic!.

and i wanna maintain my weight!.
and please tell me whats the best out of!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. what i should pick!.

of course you can eat whatever you want!. Try to limit your calories to 2500 or so calories a day with normal activity!. You will gain weight if you upgrade your caloric intake by 500 per day!.

Normal diet + normal activity = normal weight!.

Eating 2 boxes of whoppers with heavy cream instead of milk is evidence of bad eating habits!.

allowing yourself only a package of laffy taffies over the course of a week is evidence of wierd eating habits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

to maintain your weight, do not shock your body into thinking it is not going to get food!. So if you do have candies, don't skip a meal or your body will start holding onto the bad stuff thinking it won't get food again for sometime!. Feel free to eat breakfast lunch and dinner, just don' t over eat!. 3 meals a day and 2 snacks keeps your metabolism going and burning all day!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

to tell u the truth there is nothing out there in the candy section that is good for u! but if u choose to eat it and u want to maintain ur weight u need to work off the fat and extra calories that you ate if you dont work it off u will gain weight and I know because i was the one that wanted that candy and well i was weighing in over 300 lbs and nice to say that a lost 120 of that and still working on it but just need to know that is it worth all that working out to burn that off for that little piece of candyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well, Just remember this "Everythings good in moderation!." with saying that I think you should just have the 2 boxes of nerd's!. and if people are telling you your fat then just ignore them and stay on your regular diet unless you know there is a problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not healthy!. Too much unneeded sugar, too many calories!. Over time, slows your metabolism, you get fat!. Plus, cavities and starch cravings!. Best to avoid any sweets routine!. Save sweets for special occasions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Relax!.!.!.as long as you only eat junk foods in moderation they can be a nice treat!.!.!.!.just make sure they always remain a treat and not a staple in your daily diet!.!.!.!.eat a balanced diet w/ treats included and exercise and you'll stay healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
