Answers:
yes, this social stigma of "safe" to eat foods is very over the top!. I will take the last answer's word on that it is around 300 calories, but even this is irrelevant!. Unless you drank 10 of them in a day, on top of your usual intake, you are not going to be doing any damage to your body!.

And on the other note, i've never considered those milkshakes myself, but now I have read it, i do have a craving for a Kit Kat milkshake, although it would most likely turn to mush, and be more like a not-so-smooth-smoothie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Truly, I've read most of your questions, and I'm thinking you should find something better to worry about than calories! Go have a Mcdonalds chocolate milkshake, and a double cheeseburger!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know why you would think it isn't "safe"!. You're looking at about 300 calories!. Go for it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just add tequila Www@FoodAQ@Com
