I have a sore throat and I was wondering what would be the better decision when drinking water!.

I think drinking hot drinks would be better for your throat

If you just want to drink water, warm would be better i suppose!. I dont think cold would be good for the throat, but Im not a doctor, just a guess

When i have a sore throat i have a glass of milk, even though i don't like it, it soothes my throat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I gargle with warm water and a touch of salt but some prefer the cold to numb it, although I think it actually aggravates it more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
