How much does it cost you to eat healthy a weekWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I think that to 'eat well' costs very little!. This is because almost everything in our household is made from scratch!. I buy lots of fresh veg, cheese, fruit, nuts, wholemeal bread, pasta, yoghurt and just a little meat!. I find that the more expensive way to eat is to buy food that is already prepared such as 'ready meals'!. Purely on food (not counting cleaning stuff/washing powder/toiletries) I probably spend about £40 a week on food and myself and my 3 kids eat very well!. Vegetable lasagne with garlic bread tonight which probably cost about £4 for all of us!. Some nights I just make home made soup which literally costs pennies and serve it with a sandwich!. If you got a bit of time, and immagination, you can save a lot of money and eat very healthily!. Incidentally I live on the Isle of Man where produce is very expensive as it is all shipped over!. xWww@FoodAQ@Com

I spend about £30 a week on food, maybe another £15 on other things like cleaning products and toiletries!. the biggest outlay is on light and heat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well salads, nuts, bread, milk & water & fruits all come pretty cheap here - reckon around £25 for a weeks supply of all this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to eat well, so I would guess that I spend at least £60 to £70 a week on food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
