It is all the stuff that connects all the bits together, so not a proper cut of meat like shank or rump but all the stuff that fills the gaps within the animals body, used to go straight into the bin but now because of the wonderful invention of "market value" brands is now used quite ingeniously I feel to drive down cost of food production and therefore maximise profits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its all the waste fat from a cow with maybe tiny bits of meet attached to it!. It's legal to use in this country but has no benefits , health wise, it's just edible mainly!.
