How did you give up chocolate?!
I'm desperate to give up chocolate, as I'm literally addicted and its becoming a problem!.!.!.
I need advice from people who've been the same way but have managed to stop eating the stuff!

I can so understand where you're coming from!. I used to be a total chocoholic! I like writing about this topic, so there's a few articles in the source area!. It's all things I've used (with success!) to curb my chocolate cravings (and, no, there's no "you must buy my product" spiel involved, lol)!.

Well first of all, get all of it out of your house!
Try to avoid the candy aisle as much as possible!.
And if you are overweight, think of how happy you would be if you stopped eating chocolate and lost some weight!.
Get a goal in your mind!. Like for me, it was looking good in my prom dress!.
If you don't need to lose weight, think of all of the calories you are putting into your body and all the fat, and think of how unhealthy you are being!. Because even if you are skinny or relatively healthy looking doesn't mean you are really "healthy!."
But if you must have chocolate, eat it slow so it seems like you have more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut it out slowly!. Go from having a candy bar a day to half of one or a bite sized one!. Then buy granola bars with choc chips in it!. You'll get a little taste of it, but it's over in a hurry and isn't nearly as damaging!. Eventually, you'll cut it out completely!.

Dont Even look at chocolate!. How a alcoholic would stop drinking is just not even be around it!. If you can't!. Then you know what your weaknesses are try to prevent them the best you can!. I dont know what else to tell you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
