Green leafy vegatables!.=)

Foods that are a good source of iron include:
liver
lean red meats, including beef, pork, lamb
seafood, such as oysters, clams, tuna, salmon, and shrimp, etc!.
beans, including kidney, lima, navy, black, pinto, soy beans, and lentils
iron fortified whole grains, including cereals, breads, rice, and pasta
greens, including collard greens, kale, mustard greens, spinach, and turnip greens
tofu
vegetables, including broccoli, swiss chard, asparagus, parsley, watercress, brussel sprouts
chicken and turkey
blackstrap molasses
nuts
egg yolks
dried fruits, such as raisins, prunes, dates and apricotsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Research seaweed, it is known to help treat anemia!. It might not sound nice I know, but I use it in all my cooking and you seriously don't taste it!. Go to www!.HerbsFromTheHills!.com they sell it!. (You can also search this site for recommendations other than seaweeds) I recommend it in the flakes as they are sooo quick and easy to add to soups, salads, casseroles etc!. You can use it in place of salt and you only need to add half a teaspoon!. Check out the different types of seaweeds for your conditions, although they are all good for anemia as they are high in iron!. Why do you need a transfusion!? Have you tried blood cleansing - alkaline water will do it - try www!.waterasitwas!.com watch the utube videos on there - they refer to alkalizing with water to oxygenate your blood!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

red meat, fish, poultry, lentils, beans, leaf vegetables, tofu, chickpeas, black-eyed peas (not the band lol)

potatoes with skin, bread made from completely whole-grain flour, molasses, teff and farina!. Iron in meat is more easily absorbed than iron in vegetables

Some Mushrooms have Iron in them too!.

I love red meat, but find that the only healthy kind of red meat is from those animals who have only been fed GRASS - which is why I recommend to you, eating only grass-fed red meats if you want to obtain the most iron from your diet - grass-fed red meats are so delicious and you will not only get lots of iron but you will also get a lot of healthy fats in your diet too!!
