You might try milk to calm the spiciness down!. The lactic acid in milk and dairy products cuts the effects of capsaicin the substance that gives hot peppers and jalapenos their heat!. Water and other clear liquids just move and slightly dilute the capsaicin and the heat just never quite subsides!. So, drink milk and relieve yourself from the heat :o)Www@FoodAQ@Com
