Question: How can I eliminate the acidic taste from pineapples!. I like to eat it but my tongue hurts after eating them!.!?

soda bicarb is an easy source of alkali in kitchen!.!.
but i guess when the acid lessen,they will taste less tasty and might be a lil' bit of dry!.!.just what i thought!.!.

eating sugar together with pineapple might make it tastier and many people prefer to eat them that way!.!.
but eating sugar afterwards might help lessen the bitter after taste for a while but when the sugar is off,you'll taste that again!.!.

from my experience,eating a well ripened pineapple will leave you a less acidic and bitter after taste!.!.

after eating them,i hate to drink water as it'll taste weird!.!.i always drink after awhile,letting the saliva neutralised the taste first!.!.

so,choose a sweet,ripe pineapple!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sprinkle a little lime on it!. Did you know: Every pineapple has the exact same number of hexagonal sections on it, no matter what the size or shape!? Pineapple already has lots of sugar in it (Diabetics should avoid it)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try rinsing it with dilute soda bicarb and wash it away with waterWww@FoodAQ@Com
