I know that green tea is supposed to be very good and healthy for me, and I have tried many times to drink it, but I just don't like the taste of it!. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can add to it to improve the flavor, but not take away the benefits of drinking it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Look for a green tea that already has a flavor added to it, this way you don't need to add sugar!. I really like the Pomegrenate Green tea!. If you still don't like it, try a little honey

If you really find the taste disagreeable, don't drink it!. There are other things out there that are good for you that you can do!.Green tea has what is called a "green taste" Usually people who do not like green tea, are not to fond of bitter salad greens and such!.
