Nutritionally the answer is FROZEN because you usually get food that has been picked within a few days of buying it!. Canned you never know!.

Cost is a tossup!. Frozen is good for customized portions (single serve or larger groups) with no waste but sometimes canned goods are on wicked sales!.

Taste is a personal preference that includes the texture!. Usually folks prefer canned in some things and frozen of other veg!.

I personally prefer frozen vegetables all the way around!. I do use canned tomatos, canned beans, and canned cream soups!. I like frozen mixed, frozen brocolli, frozen corn, beans, peas, limas!. I use frozen fruit with a slimfast shake to make a smoothie (fruit instead of ice gives amazing NOT watered down flavor but freezes the drink perfectly!.)

Of course I love fresh food but I almost never buy it, aside from some fruits and also fresh squash, fresh greens, and fresh cabbage and fresh tomatos!.!.!.because prices have gone so high that if it goes bad before I eat it, I have wasted a good deal of money!. Frozen veggies are really easy to cook with and I have a longer window to get it used!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

FROZEN!. Frozen are close to fresh since they haven't been cooked!. Canned are always very well-cooked because of how the canning process works (high temp is needed to can things)!. So if you like fresh, don't use canned, use frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you can't get fresh, use frozen!. NO QUESTION!
