What food is easy on an ulcer?!
Answers:
I'm assuming you've gotten heartburn before!. Usually anything that would cause you heartburn before (greasy foods, saucy foods, ethnic foods) is going to aggrivate an ulcer because it causes more stomach acid!. I've been avoiding soda, salads because most of the dressings have an acidic dressing such as vinigarette, as well as most fast foods!. I've been surviving off of really bland foods!.

Actually, with a peptic ulcer you can safely eat all foods!. Eating smaller meals reduces symptoms and improves healing by neutralizing acid!. Once an ulcer is healed, there are no specific dietary restrictions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
