Answers:
Well they are both dairy!. If you are looking for something to substitute the calcium lost from not drinking any milk, then yogurt is a good choice!. Regardless, it depends on the kind of yogurt!.
Check the nutritional information on each and look at what you are getting from them and likewise, what you are not getting!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a scientist, not a nutritionist, but I seem to remember reading a 5oz yogurt is equivalent to at least half a pint of milk!.But they do have quite a lot of sugar in them as well as the clotted milk and the greek kind have a higher fat content than the low-fat kind!.I would have thought no problem with a couple a day, especially if you are growing and need the calcium!.
Check the carton sides and compare the values with milk cartons!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Compare labels at the market!. If you want a naturally fat free high protein yogurt try SKYR!.is!. It's from Iceland and can be found at Whole Foods or an organic market!. It's not really yogurt but tastes like it!. The sugar content is not as bad as regular yogurt either!.
Look for more info @ WWW!.SKYR!.isWww@FoodAQ@Com
